Henry Martyn Institute management has the complete rights to make you vacate in case of any undisciplined activities. The apartment and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. are to be left in a clean and tidy manner upon check-out. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. Henry Martyn Institute reserves the right to update and change the TERMS OF USE from time to time without notice or acceptance by you. You must accept and abide by these terms as presented to you, changes, additions, or deletions are not acceptable.

Henry Martyn Institute may refuse access to services for noncompliance with any part of this agreement.

Cancellation policy – Cancel your booking before 24hrs of check-in time for free of charge. In case you fail to do so, the money will be charged. In case of cancellation, the refund process shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
